Menstruation cycle, Problem, solution

Menstruation meaning

Menstruation is indicated by your first Menstrual Cycle From Which a girl have the ability to get Pregnant.

Menstruation cycle

When people talk about the (menstruation cycle) menstrual (say: MEN-strul) cycle, they usually mean the days when blood and tissue (menstrual fluid) leaves the body through the vagina. That’s the most visible part of the process, and the part that girls and women need to manage. A period is the 2 to 7 days that a girl or woman experiences menstrual flow — blood and tissue that leaves the body through the vagina. This is the cycle that makes pregnancy possible i.e, being able to form a child and then sustain a child inside a female body. The cycles cause the ovum or the eggs which are required to be fertilized by a sperm that forms a zygote that develops into a fetus after being implanted in the uterus. The menstrual cycle prepares the female body for all these changes from egg production to implantation in the uterus.

how many days menstruation cycle

Average menstruation cycle lasts 28 days. Work out the length of your average menstrual cycle. Day one is the first day of the menstrual period and the last day is the day before the next period begins. Ovulation happens about two weeks before the next expected period. So if your average menstrual cycle is 28 days, you ovulate around day 14. If you have 28 days between periods ovulation typically happens on day 14, and the most fertile days are days 12, 13, and 14. If you have longer cycles, say 35 days between periods, ovulation happens on day 21 and the most fertile days are days 19, 20, and 21.

Get some relief during tough time

  • Always drink water. Drinking water will ease your cramps. It will make the cramps less painful for you. Eat fruit what you want and what is healthy for you.
  • Use a heating pad. Using a heating pad on your stomach will make your cramps lighten up some. If you don’t have a heating pad then use a warm washcloth. Trust me this helps.
  • Mood swings are normal. Yes, having mood swings while on your period is normal. Take care of your heart.
  • Take a good bath or shower. You have to always take a good bath or shower. this will keep you calm.
  • Proper hygiene is important everyday, but especially when you're on your period. Period blood is not dangerous, but after a while, toxins and bacterias will start forming in it, so make sure to change your products (pads, tampons, etc.) regularly and to take a shower every day.
  • Talk to people you trust.  Find someone you can talk to, no matter who is it, and, please, don't rely on everything you hear. Here's the thing. People lie. Some lie unintentionally, because they don't really know, and some just want to scare you.
  • Most importantly. Never never never never ever be ashamed. I see too much people telling young women they should hide the fact that they are on their period. You don't have to make excuses.
